David Kohn

President, ABD Development Company

David Kohn earned his B.S.C.E. Degree from the Polytechnic Institute of New York in 1980. In 1981, Mr. Kohn earned his Florida General Contractor's Licence.

In 1991, Mr. Kohn was a founding principal of ABD Development, Inc., in Orlando, and now serves as president of the firm. Since opening its doors, ABD has developed nine communities and built more than 1,200 new homes. Today, the firm posts annual revenues that average more than $100 million.

Since 1991, ABD Development has been recognized more than 30 times with local, regional, and national awards for excellence in planning, design, construction, and marketing.

Mr. Kohn is married and the father of two children.
