ABD DEVELOPMENT OPENS NEW HOME DESIGN CENTER AT PROVIDENCE SOUTH ORLANDO IN POLK COUNTY
ORLANDO, Fla. (July 2, 2008) --- ABD Development Company, which ranks as one of the largest and most active custom home builders in Central Florida, has opened a New Home Design Center at Providence Golf & Country Club in Polk County just south of Orlando.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, said the New Home Design Center provides professional design and décor planning for new homebuyers in all ABD communities in the Orlando region.
“New home buyers have hundreds of options to choose from ranging from window, floor, wall and ceiling treatments to lighting to kitchen and bath cabinetry and faucetry, counters and fixtures,” Kohn said.
“The New Home Design Center provides the opportunity to study all their options under the guidance of a design professional,” he explained.
Kohn appointed Shana Bender, principal of Design Studio 15 in Orlando, to head ABD’s New Home Design Center. Bender has more than ten years of residential design experience.
