Providence Golf Course Community Earns Parade of Homes Top Award For Best Community For Third Year in a Row, wins big with Courtyard Model Home
PROVIDENCE, Fla. --- 5/6/2011 --- ABD Development Company’s Providence golf course community in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County has earned the Central Florida Parade of Homes top award for best community for the third year in a row.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, said he was pleased but not surprised by the award.
“We began planning Providence almost 10 years ago and our goal was to create the premier luxury community in the Orlando region with golf, recreational amenities and a wide range of new home styles that make it the prefect place to live,” Kohn said.
The Courtyard model home, with 4,200 square feet of living space and its own interior courtyard, also won a top Parade of Homes award as the best luxury home in its price range.
Kohn said the four bedroom Courtyard model home has won multiple Parade of Homes honors in Central Florida as well as Flagler County.
