ABD Development Company Readying Three Luxury Homes
ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 18, 2008 – ABD Development Company, which ranks as one of the largest and most active custom homebuilders in the Orlando region, is readying three luxury homes to showcase during the Central Florida Parade of Homes in the spring.
David Kohn, president said ABD is building the two-story Bellagio luxury model home at Wyndham Lakes Estates at Windsor Landing in Windermere for unveiling during the Parade of Homes in April. The Bellagio is a five- bedroom, three-and-half bath luxury home with a study, lanai, master suite and three-car garage priced in the $700,000 range.
Kohn also said two of the showcase homes –– a single-family home and a townhome –– are under nearing completion at Providence, the 2,200-acre golf course community ABD is developing in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County.
