TOSCANA LUXURY COMMUNITY SELECTED AS SHOWCASE COMMUNITY IN 2009 FLAGLER COUNTY PARADE OF HOMES
(October 6, 2008) --- PALM COAST, Fla. --- Toscana, the gated, luxury community ABD Development Company of Orlando is developing on Old Kings Rd. in Palm Coast, has been selected as the Showcase Community for the 2009 Flagler County Parade of Homes, which starts in February.
David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, which ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active custom home builders, said two luxury model homes are already open at Toscana.
Kohn said New Coastal Homes of Orlando recently acquired home sites at Toscana and plans to start construction of a luxury home that will serve as the 2009 Flagler County Parade of Homes Showcase Home.
