Yuval Botansky began serving as President of ABD Development Company in 2012 after managing numerous major infrastructure projects in Israel and developing several large resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands and Jamaica.

Yuval brings many years of experience to build upon founder David Kohn’s vision of ABD Development as Central Florida’s leading luxury home builder and community developer. He holds his Masters Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Construction Management and Structural Engineering.

Since opening its doors, ABD has developed over a dozen communities and built more than 1,500 new homes. Today, the firm posts annual revenues that average more than $100 million. ABD Development has been recognized more than 30 times with local, regional, and national awards for excellence in planning, design, construction, and marketing.

Matt is a native of Orlando, Florida and he holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He’s spent his entire 25 year career in the real estate industry working in digital media, brokerage, and in new home development. After living in Chicago for half a decade in the mid-2000’s, Matt had enough of the cold winters and moved his family back to his hometown, where he has deep roots and connections within the Central Florida community. He is passionate about placemaking and building homes to serve modern lifestyles. When he’s not at work, he spends his time playing golf with his son, enjoying the theater with his daughter, drinking wine with his wife, or traveling with all three.
