DAVENPORT, Fla. (July 21, 2008) — ABD Development Company is showcasing three professionally decorated luxury model homes and five ready-to-move-in homes at Heritage Green at Providence Golf & Country Club, the gated country club community located off Ronald Reagan Pkwy (U.S 17-92) and CR 54 in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County. (July 21, 2008) — ABD Development Company is showcasing three professionally decorated luxury model homes and five ready-to-move-in homes at Heritage Green at Providence Golf and Country Club, the gated country club community located off Ronald Reagan Pkwy (U.S 17-92) and CR 54 in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County.

David Kohn, founder of ABD Development Company, said 60 home sites remain for sale at Heritage Green at Providence and new four, five and six-bedroom homes that range in size from 4,220 square feet of living space to 6,143 square feet are priced from the $500s.

ABD Development is also showcasing six three and four-bedroom model villa homes overlooking Lake Providence at Lakeside Villas at Providence and 10 ready-to-move-in luxury villa homes priced from the $280s.

Custom villa homes at Lakeside Villas range in size from 2,300 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Four of the model villa homes are professionally decorated and open to the public daily, Kohn added.

Providence Golf and Country Club features more than 2,200 acres with conservation area and green spaces equaling more than half of the community, along with an 18-hole championship golf course and golf clubhouse, a 2,000 square foot community center with a fitness facility, community aquatics center and lighted tennis courts. ABD will open a new children’s playground at Providence within the next few weeks.
