(Aug. 4, 2008) — ABD Development Company, which ranks as one of the most active custom home builders in the Central Florida region, is taking aim at affordability with its new “family floor plan” at Windsor Landing at Wyndham Lakes Estates, located off Town Center Blvd. and Landstar in southeast Orlando.

David Kohn, founder of ABD Development Company, said the new family floor plan at Windsor Landing at Wyndham Lakes Estates ranges in size from 2,300 square feet of living space to 2,700 square feet—slightly smaller than most homes in the neighborhood but considerably larger than new homes in most other Central Florida neighborhoods.

The new floor plan will be priced under $400,000.

Kohn said 30 home sites remain for sale at Windsor Landing at Wyndham Lakes Estates, including 15 lakefront home sites on Lake Wyndham.

New four, five and six-bedroom homes at Windsor Landing are priced from $499,900 to more than $1 million and range in size from 2,900 square feet to 5,000 square feet.

“We plan to offer the new family floor plan at Windsor Landing at Wyndham Lakes Estates before the fall,” Kohn said.
