Opening of Hampton Green at Providence Golf Club Community Heralds New Design Options for ABD Homes

As ABD received news of winning two more awards at the Parade of Homes Orlando 2023 event, the Central Florida developer was announcing the much anticipated opening of its Hampton Green neighborhood in Providence.

ABD Development Company has begun releasing for sales the new contemporary homes breaking ground in Hampton Green at Providence Golf Club Community.  Surrounded by the 10th, 11th, 17th, and 18th holes of the Providence golf course and situated the closest to the golf clubhouse, Hampton Green luxury homes will have the most incredible views available yet.

“We have fresh ABD offerings on the horizon for buyers who seek a completely customized home in the Orlando area to suit their higher quality tastes and preferred modern style,” said Yuval Botansky, President of the Central Florida based land and building development firm. “We have brand new models that were designed for the contemporary aesthetic of Hampton Green; these include the Aspen, the Santa Barbara, and the Cabana Courtyard (shown above).”

The 4bed/4bath two story Aspen is a show stopper of beautiful 21st Century design with a rear lanai and three car garage.  It offers 3239 square feet of prime upgrades as standards and smart home technology for elegant home sites. The 2760 square foot Santa Barbara is a 4bed/3.5bath Courtyard that still has an entry courtyard that is large enough for a seating area and an outdoor fireplace, or a hot tub, as well as a casita or guest house, yet is designed for its pool design in the back.

Surrounded by the golf course and closest to the golf clubhouse, Hampton Green features fresh new options for contemporary designs at higher price points.

There has been great excitement in the Orlando real estate professional network regarding the Cabana Courtyard model, which is also being built in Hampton Landing, the more affordable ABD neighborhood in Providence that is on the verge of selling out.  This next stage in the evolution of an iconic floor plan replaces the pool house with a vaulted-ceiling cabana, extending the outdoor living area by 33 percent and is 4bed/3.5bath, 2572 square foot.  ABD is also currently constructing the Courtyard 3BR and Courtyard 50 in both Hampton Landing and Hampton Green, although price is significantly higher in the new neighborhood.

Providence backs up to the Reedy Creek Preserve, a land mitigation bank of 5,000 acres, and the expansive community’s are very close to the world renown Orlando, Florida amusement park area.  Nevertheless, most of the Providence neighborhoods do not allow short term rentals so those residing there most likely own their home.  This gated golf community has nearly 2,000 homes and a well funded HOA; there have been no assessments and the monthly fee is just $133 per month for resort style amenities (no CDDs).
