Yuval Botansky began serving as President of ABD Development Company in 2012 after managing numerous major infrastructure projects in Israel and developing several large resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands and Jamaica.

Yuval brings many years of experience to build upon founder David Kohn’s vision of ABD Development as Central Florida’s leading luxury home builder and community developer. He holds his Masters Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Construction Management and Structural Engineering.

Since opening its doors, ABD has developed over a dozen communities and built more than 1,500 new homes. Today, the firm posts annual revenues that average more than $100 million. ABD Development has been recognized more than 30 times with local, regional, and national awards for excellence in planning, design, construction, and marketing.

Matt is a native of Orlando, Florida and he holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He’s spent his entire 25 year career in the real estate industry working in digital media, brokerage, and in new home development. After living in Chicago for half a decade in the mid-2000’s, Matt had enough of the cold winters and moved his family back to his hometown, where he has deep roots and connections within the Central Florida community. He is passionate about placemaking and building homes to serve modern lifestyles. When he’s not at work, he spends his time playing golf with his son, enjoying the theater with his daughter, drinking wine with his wife, or traveling with all three.

Cindy Hakanen is a licensed broker associate who began her real estate career in 2001. She has over 23 years of experience working for national home builders and custom home builders, helping hundreds of buyers with the purchase of their brand new homes. For the last 6 plus years, Cindy have been working happily with ABD Development at Toscana in Palm Coast, where the gorgeous beach is only minutes away!

Cindy was born and raised in Wisconsin, however, the sun and the Arizona Air National Guard enticed her to get out of the chilly climate and make a move to Arizona, where she lived for 15 years. She moved to Florida over 25 years ago to be close to family and close to the beach.

Throughout his Real Estate career, Todd has cultivated a reputation for being a steadfast and dedicated professional. Drawing on the work ethic instilled in him during his years in his father's business, he approaches each customer with the same level of commitment and determination. Having spent nearly 25 years assisting new home buyers, Todd possesses a wealth of experience and expertise. Originally from the UK, Sue fell in love with the beautiful golfing community of Providence when ABD custom-built vacation home in 2012. After obtaining permanent residency in 2015, Sue fully embraced life here, working in various roles within Providence, including the HOA and Welcome Center. For the past three years, she have been a dedicated New Home Sales Consultant with ABD, helping others find their dream home in this hidden gem of a community.

Beyond work, Sue enjoys walking, swimming, crafting, and anything fun! Most importantly, she has built wonderful friendships here and truly believe Providence is a special place to call home.
