ABD Toscana New Home Consultants were honored to receive the Grand Award at the Flagler Parade of Homes banquet in lovely Northeast Florida. It was an exciting way to celebrate ABD Development’s Custom Courtyard award-winning model and its surrounding Mediterranean-style gated community. Next up was the Orlando Parade of Homes, where ABD was unilaterally given a Blue Ribbon by the touring judges — the star of that show was the two-story sweeping balcony views (photo: 2019 Kensington Avenue in Hampton Green) from the Aspen model of Providence Golf Course in Davenport.
First up was winning one of the top Parade of Homes Grand Awards for its Courtyard model in Toscana, just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.

Accordingly, the Orlando judges selected a Providence golf course fronted home for a Blue Ribbon.

Furthermore, a new Providence neighborhood called Hampton Park is on the agenda for later this year.
